I am feeling so angry now! I was blog hopping innocently and i found something i never want to know, at least not until i buy the book and read the book. *sighs* I know the ending already and when i read the ending i was like -----. Wanted to kill myself and i didn't want to read it, it was ON the tagboard. And i have been complaining that i want to get the book.

Reminder to self: No food after 8pm Oh yes. I reached my plateau and am lazy to get past it. *sighs* But i need to do something about it right? What is plateau in weight loss? I try to tell you what is it in my terms. It's when you loss weight and to a certain weight, you don't see improvement. What is the thing you need to do? Make changes to your diet plans or exercise plans.
