I am back! Just reached home and I am super thirsty now! But I decide to blog first. Went to meet them at yishun and head over to city hall to look for food before heading to look for a good spot. =0) It’s packed! But much better than I expect. It’s at least much better than the countdown fireworks. Reached and went to have dinner at Carls’ Jr. Love the burger there and I think I WILL NOT eat burger else where already. Hahas! And had the SINFUL oreo cream shake. Super duper delicious I tell you! Oh yes, I shared the burger with Lao gong. =0) Nice burger. Chicken patty with slices of bacon and super delicious melted cheese!

After that was walking around and then wanted to look for a good spot to see the fireworks! And and and .. The planes flew pass and it was freaking loud and I think I squeezed June June’s hands too hard! It was so scary! So freaking loud and the ground is like vibrating! Omg! And then went to a spot and settled down. Sat there and talked a little while waiting for the few minutes of fireworks. And I am not sure if I tolerated the drizzling or is it that people talk while spitting saliva everywhere. Lols! Then fireworks from the three buildings lasted for a few seconds then the climax or finale. The building kind of block a little but it was still very nice! I love it and felt a tinge of …erm, gratefulness. I felt touched and grateful at the same time. This time is so different. At first when I saw it, it was like all memories flow back. After that it was a little bit of stunned because it’s really very nice! I used to be so afraid of the “boom boom” sound but now, I love it! Especially when it’s really loud and noisy and those lights practically light up the whole sky! It’s so nice! I saw a heart shaped one with green rings around it! Freaking nice! But it’s not the nicest I ever watched because the smoke kind of covered the next fireworks and it’s not very nice. But I love it still. Whenever I see fireworks, or have any celebrations I will have the tendency to want to do something! =x I shall not talk about it here. Then was the national anthem. Wanted to leave after that but laogong predicted that after the anthem it’s going to be another round of fireworks! AND YES! She was right! =0) Teehee! Love the fireworks! =0)
The cookie yx bought it because *ahemahem* bugged him to. He bought five and it’s yummy! But it looked evil looking.
After that left and went to River there to sit and drink. Oh yes, before that lao gong and I went to buy vodka. And yes, it’s my first time purchasing drinks on my own. Wanted to get a vodka that cost $13. Pretty small bottle and it’s nice too. But we saw the one that we wanted to get and immediately bought it! I collected the bottle. And I want to collect all. I got the mandarin one and lao gong got the black current one! Nice nice! Went to the river after everything and took pics!
Tired! And waiting for pictures! I took pathetic pictures with my phone. Teehee.
I don’t know why, but I really live for “the” moment. It’s like, I don’t mind squeezing with people, I don’t mind not having proper place to sit, I just want to see that short moment of something I think is nice. Whether it’s worth it or not, I don’t care. I enjoy the whole process of looking for ways to get the perfect view. It’s like so cute!
While watching the fire works, and after the anthem, that fireworks, I felt a little bit of grateful-ness. Oh, let me be patriotic for once can? While watching it I felt grateful that everyone can actually group together to watch such a beautiful thing. The “forefathers”, the people who died for the country can’t get to enjoy the fruit of their labour. You know, I love to complain about the government especially after the gst increase because I never bothered to want to know what are the reasons for the increase. But after watching the documentary, I really feel so happy that the government is there. Forefathers fighting for the country. They can just hide and not do anything and perhaps live longer. But they didn’t, they fought and died. Perhaps, we really should learn to be grateful. After that, we wanted to walk out and I looked at the floor, rubbish. And it’s not those paper or what, it’s plates and cups and those disposable utensils. *sighs*
And and and, I really, honestly can’t stand guys. We were in the near to sardine packed in cans area and it’s evitable that there will be pushing and body contact right? And there was this couple behind us and the freaking guy is complaining that the person behind him is pushing him. And I was already like =.=‘’’. And the girlfriend had to like coaz him and stop him from complaining. And yes, he sounded like a spoilt brat. A super gay one at that. He should be protecting the girl instead of complaining! Tsktsk.
Talking to lao gong and at times I feel that guys are becoming more indecisive in doing things and the things they say, they don’t mean it. When girls say yes, it means no. I think that theory got to be applied to guys too. They don’t say what they mean and they do what they want to do. And I admit I cannot understand what are they thinking. We girls are labeled as indecisive and guys should be labeled as greedy. But the fact that opposite poles attract still exist. =.=‘’’
And yes, I bled today! Twice! One is my pimple and I didn’t even know about it until del’s scary reaction. =x Hahas!
Okies. I am pretty tired and I gulped down the remaining vodka. I promise pics to be in asap when I get them. I know I missed out on a lot of things I want to say. But I am super tired! I still miss mr otaku and it sucks because I forced myself to forget about things already. =.= And lao gong, smile more. Smiling burn more calories okie?
Time to sleep people and I did something illegal today. And yes, I don’t know if it’s illegal because it’s from the official website. Hahas!
